We Will be True to Thee ‘til Death.
We have been told to obey, trust, and have patience by the leadership of the SSPX. We’ve been told that the Pope is the one initiating the Society’s move back to Rome. As Catholic Faithful who firmly believe in the legitimacy of the Holy Father we cannot but obey, according to His Excellency Bishop Fellay. However, let’s take a step back to put things in perspective and examine exactly the history and mind of His Holiness Benedict XVI. Below is a video by John Vennari, editor of CFN, and an outstanding Catholic activist:
Who is Benedict XVI
After viewing this video, ask yourself: Is he sincere? Can we really believe that he has changed his position on the traditional teachings of the Catholic Faith? Most importantly, can I trust this man with my soul and that of my family? These are not just rhetorical questions, since much hinges on what exactly is the mind of this Pope.
The fate of not just currently living individual souls is on the line but also the future of the traditional Catholic movement is hanging in the balance. This has the potential to affect countless unborn souls in the future. Should the Society of St. Pius X be contained in the NewChurch it will effectively break the back of the traditional movement, which would be a long time in recovering. His Excellency Bishop Bernard Fellay, SSPX is at the crux of this situation; in his hands lie the fate of the Catholic Faith. Let’s pray that he stays the course and stays with the traditional movement and resists Rome’s Siren Song.
Pray not for the intent of the leadership of the SSPX, which is a positive outcome of the talks, but pray the Rosary for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Make personal sacrifices for this intent; dedicate your Communions to this intent. It is now up to us through Mary to change not only this current crisis of tradition but alter the course of human events through this conversion of Russia. She is now our only hope as it is she that holds back the arm of her Son.
