Fallen into the Ditch
As the seeming end of the negotiations between Rome and the SSPX becomes apparently dormant it is important we remain vigilant and firm in our resolve to preserve the traditional Catholic Faith and the Traditional Catholic Movement within the Church. Part of this entails keeping track of the ever changing events, circumstances, and innovations of the Novus Ordo, or more properly called the NewChurch.
By Their Fruits You Will Know Them…
Below is a YouTube discourse between a Modernist Fr. Ted and a dissident and nominally Catholic NewChurch Faithful. It is profoundly obvious that both have no concept of what it means to be a Faithful Catholic. In both cases, their arguments are fundamentally flawed because they use Vatican Council II as their ultimate source of reference for the Faith. Clearly it is a case of the blind leading the blind. While both seem to be at odds with the other’s stance, it is amazing to see that VCII can support both of their apparently opposed positions; this proves that the documents of Vatican Council II were, by design meant to be vague and ambiguous in order to accommodate a wide variety of religious beliefs, excepting, of course, the traditional Catholic Faith. Thus, we can see why today there exists an exquisite crisis of Faith within the Church. Further it is evident that Vatican Council II with all of its distortions and innovations is a breach of the continual Catholic Sacred Magisterium and until such time as it is entirely repudiated we cannot come to any accord, understanding, or reconciliation with the Novus Ordo Church.
More Revelations Affecting the Traditional Catholic Faith
By now most traditional Catholics are aware and scandalized by the new appointments to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, i.e. Bishop DiNoia and Archbishop Müller. However, daily new information is forthcoming on just how radical these NewChurch prelates are, most especially the Archbishop. He not only questions the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Perpetual Virginity, but also aspects of the Eucharist and now the nature of miracles and the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ himself.
Meantime, in an article in the Catholic News Agency Archbishop Müller states the following: The purpose of dialogue is to overcome difficulties in the interpretation of the Second Vatican Council, but we cannot negotiate on revealed faith, that is impossible. An Ecumenical Council, according to the Catholic faith, is always the supreme teaching authority of the Church. (Emphasis RFMcC). It is obvious from my introductory paragraph concerning Fr. Ted, that it is not the interpretation but the actual documents themselves that open the interpretation to whatever the reader wishes.
It must be obvious by now to any Faithful who love Jesus Christ and His Church that the current environment within the NewChurch in not only non-conducive to any reconciliation or regularization but actually detrimental to the traditional Catholic Faith. It is also obvious by the appointments of these Modernist prelates to such lofty positions of power within the Church that those brave and selfless priests and bishops of the SSPX who spoke so vehemently against any accord at this time with Rome are vindicated because they had the discernment to see the NewChurch for what is truly is and not what we would like it to be. Now is the time for the SSPX to mend fences within the Society and welcome back any prelate or laity who spoke out in warning. Our strength lies in a united and monolithic front and most importantly in our orthodox Catholic Faith.
