Mums the Word

Mums the Word…

There is an old saying: the walls have ears! With the scandal of the government spying on sovereign citizens as well as foreign countries, (including allied nations), it is nearly a literally maxim. Everything from EasyPass to our cellphones and home computers now has the ability to listen in, so to speak, on what we say and our signal our whereabouts. Here is an interesting and timely article on buzzwords that may attract some unwanted attention.

Note that virtually all of us have used at least one or two words in our everyday correspondence and conversation. I can remember, back in the day, when the good sisters at school told us of the horrors of the Soviet State’s surveillance of ordinary citizens. As frightening as it sounds, we are now experiencing the very things of which these good and holy nuns had warned us. Could this be part of the errors of Russia of which Our Lady also warned?  Read the below article and the list of buzzwords:

About Catholic Rural Solutions

This group is for the practical application of Catholic Distributist teachings as promoted by Pope St. Pius X, Belloc, Chesterton, Maurin and others in the 20th century. This group is also a respite for traditional Catholics who adhere to the Tridentine Rite of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and who share a concern for small independent Catholic communities throughout the world. These communities while primarily small holding farmers, craftsmen and tradesman all espouse an integrated life based on Catholic Social Justice and the Sacred Magisterium of the Church. Through this we intend to inject the Distributist economic principles into the greater society. Please fell free to share your experiences in this vein. Flaming, proselytizing and persecution WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
